Clearance check task template
Clearance check task templates are available for selection as tasks of clearance check types.
Details the following:

Unique value, such as FSQ, that must not exceed the maximum length of the corresponding field in an integrated system, such as a student management system.

Applicant instructions to complete the task. The instructions are displayed in a dialog that is displayed on the applicant portal when the applicant selects a task with an external task URL.
Tasks completed on external websites can only be closed by admissions officers on viewing evidence that applicants have completed the tasks. For example, the applicant has provided a copy of the payment receipt. Therefore, in the applicant instructions make applicants aware that task will not close immediately. For example, Please pay £3000 deposit by tomorrow. Once payment has cleared the task will be marked as complete.
The applicant instructions can be translated.

For tasks to be completed on an external website, such as a website for surveys, the URL of the website.

If selected, the entity or field can have the value. If cleared after the value has been selected for the entity or field, the entity or field keeps the value. However, the value is no longer available for selection.
