Valid routes for modular admissions
The table of values shows the available admissions options with the following information:
- Code, such as EA0001-0001, Sequence number, such as 0001, and the code for the Admissions course associated with the admissions option, such as 001.
- Codes for the Award group, such as EA-PGDIP, and Route, such as EA0001-1.
- If the admissions option is In use.
Details the following:
Code
Unique value, such as PD-ADNURSE-0001, that must not exceed the maximum length of the corresponding field in an integrated system, such as a student management system.
After saving, the value cannot be edited.
Sequence number
Order that admissions options are listed, such as 0001.
Admissions Admissions
Values are defined in the reference data Admissions
Award group
Award group for the admissions option, such as Graduate diploma.
Award group is combined with Route to create the value that is selected in the entity or field, such as Graduate diploma - Adult nursing with mental health.
Values are defined in the reference data Award group.
Route
The combination of subjects that make up the
Route is combined with Award group to create the value that is selected in the entity or field, such as Graduate diploma - Adult nursing with mental health.
Values are defined in the reference data Route.
In use
If selected, the entity or field can have the value. If cleared after the value has been selected for the entity or field, the entity or field keeps the value. However, the value is no longer available for selection.
