How to view events in the lifecycle

The lifecycle helps you to track events for processing applications, such as when a clearance check was updated or the reason a decision failed to be submitted.

View the details of an event as follows:

  1. Go to Applications and then Lifecycle.
  2. Filter the timeline to find the event of interest. For example, filter the timeline for events of severity Error and sub-category Submit decision, as shown in the image Submit decision errors.

    Optionally, to open a drop-down of all the events and navigate to the event of interest, go to the view timeline item menu button sub menu.

  3. Select the event in the timeline to view the event log, as shown in the image Application event log.
