The Admissions reporting service enables admissions officers to build Power BI reports. Admissions officers build Power BI reports using the Admissions Power BI Connector. The connector includes a subset of Admissions data, such as applicant data, applications, application actions, application clearance checks, application tags, and application tutors.
Permissions control the admissions officers that have access to read using the Admissions reporting service. The permissions are defined in the authorisation area Reporting and then Admissions for the groups assigned to the role Report user with permission Read reports.
