Schemes
Details the characteristics, such as when the workflow is triggered, the version of the scheme, and whether the scheme has been published as follows:

Unique code to identify the scheme, such as DecisionReady.

Description, such as Application quality checks completed and ready for decision.

If yes, the scheme is triggered when an entity is created. For example, when an application is created.

If yes, the scheme is triggered when an entity is updated.

If yes, the scheme is triggered when an entity is deleted.

If defined, the scheme is triggered on a custom event such as Application clearance check completed.

If yes, the scheme is a sub-process and can be run by another scheme.

Version number of the scheme.

Status of the scheme, such as Published, Unpublished, and Historic. On publishing a new version of a scheme, the status of the previous version is set to Historic.

Last date and time when a published or historic scheme started to run, finished being run, and failed to run.
For historic schemes, you can only view the scheme: go to the button to view additional options ⋮ and then select View.
For published schemes, you can do the following:

View the scheme: go to the button to view additional options ⋮ and then select
View.

View the processes: go to the button to view additional options ⋮ and then select
Processes.

Create a new version: go to the button to view additional options ⋮ and then select
Create new version.

Mark a scheme that is obsolete and won't be replaced by a new version as historic: go to the button to view additional options⋮ and then select
Make scheme historic.
For unpublished schemes, you can do the following:

Edit the scheme: go to the button to view additional options ⋮ and then select
Edit.

Publish the scheme: go to the button to view additional options ⋮ and then select
Publish.
