To view the applications at a specific desk, on the applications list, select Add desk filter to open the Desks filter and then select the desk to filter. Note that you can also view the default desks for unallocated applications.

To open the folders filter and select the folders as required, on the applications list for a specific desk, select Add folder filter. For example, to show only the applications in the New applications folder.

Use keyword filters to search the fields below using the expression contains.

• Folder
• Applicant Id
• Applicant
• Health
• Course
• Entry Point
• Academic Year
• Status
• Department
• Faculty.

For example, to filter by the applicant's name you could use the full name Raheema or just Rah. Keyword filters can contain several terms separated by a space. For example, Raheema System could be used to find the applicant Raheema on the course systems analysis and design.

Select the filter options from the drop-down filters such as the Health filter as shown below. Active filters are then displayed below the drop-down filters. If you select multiple options for the same filter, the options are stacked alphabetically with the additional filter options denoted by +1, +2 and so on. For example, the Health filter with the options At risk and Breached is displayed as Health: At risk +1.

To open the Advanced filters options, select Advanced filters . Then, filter by fields such as study visa required, applicant category, campus, and so on. For example, filter by the Course and the Application category.

Criteria consists of application data, desks or folders, person data, personal characteristics, and research data. Criteria can be connected using the AND and OR operators. Criteria can have sub-criteria that further filters the applications. Sub-criteria is also connected using the AND and OR operators.

Add criteria and sub-criteria as follows:

• Add criteria: select Add criteria or the button to add condition. For example, to add criteria to find all applications for the next academic year.

• Add sub-critera: on the first condition, select the button to add a sub-criteria. For example, to add sub-critria to find applications to a specific faculty.

Related criteria is information associated to applications such as clearance checks and qualifications. Related criteria can only be connected to criteria with the AND operator.

To add related criteria, select Add related criteria. For example, to add related criteria that shows only applications that have an outstanding clearance check.
