Integration Platform is built on a multi-tenant architecture, enhancing scalability, simplifying maintenance, and accelerating onboarding. A unified REST API catalogue provides transparent access to endpoints and events across multiple systems, while offering key capabilities such as security, versioning, and reusability. Integration Platform also enables seamless connectivity through tools such as Microsoft Power Platform connectors.

API credentials: define the scopes granted to client applications.

Authorisation: manages permissions centrally. Users belonging to groups in identity providers, such as Microsoft Entra ID, can be mapped to authorisation groups in Integration platform. These groups are then assigned to roles that define user permissions.

Streams: enable applications to receive events from Tribal modules such as Admissions and SITS:Vision. Integration APIs can retrieve data associated with these events. Event forwarders allow events to be forwarded to applications that do not support Azure Event Grid.

Power Platform connector: enables developers to Power Automate to build flows between Admissions, SITS:Vision, and other systems with Azure Event Grid.
